That’s what I’m thinking lolLove to see waht jeep says when you blow the engine under warranty with the pro Charger?? Maybe it will be cheaper when my warranty is out but $6500.00 for about 40hp!! I think ill live
It is actually a much greater hp gain than 40. Their numbers are on a rear wheel dynomometer, not at the crank shaft. The number you see on paper or published by Jeep is at the crank shaft. You lose quite a bit of hp through the drive train and wheels, so if you go by the dyno, it would be probably over 100hp that you'd gain. When compared to a V8 Chevy or Hemi swap, $6800 is a bargain for what is gained, plus you don't have to mess with any kind of adapters or removing the entire engine/transmission.That’s what I’m thinking lol
I agree.... I’m just curious what it does to the warranty !It is actually a much greater hp gain than 40. Their numbers are on a rear wheel dynomometer, not at the crank shaft. I'm not doing it because I just don't need it. But, if I was looking for the most economical way to get a massive power increase, this would be the way to go, IMHO.
I don’t know “waht” Jeep would say. Only a moron would find out by claiming warranty in such a case. You think you’ll live....yes you may, but for sure you’ll be living behind with the cash in your pocket, I’ll be ahead with a grin in my face!Love to see waht jeep says when you blow the engine under warranty with the pro Charger?? Well, it would void any warranty coverage of a problem related to the supercharger. It would not, however, void warranty coverage of parts not affected. For example, it would not void warranty coverage of a problem with the radio. It also would not void coverage of a part known to be defective, even if it was an engine part. I'd pretty much consider any drive train part subjected to stress or directly affected by this setup to not be covered. That said, there are lots of users that appear to have had no issues with the JK version. You'd have to think about risk assessment. If you can't afford to fix stuff, then don't do it. Each customer has to weigh these things.I agree.... I’m just curious what it does to the warranty !
Wow! I haven't even ordered my Jeep yet and I need it!Hey everyone,
My name is Erik, I am only of the "OG" techs here at ProCharger superchargers. (literally been here since like 2002 or something)... But I just wanted to introduce myself and also show off our stuff a little bit.
I am a fellow "jeep" guy, and own two of them myself. Although I don't have the funds for a JL personally at this time, I do enjoy my 4 door JK and my "crawler" ZJ as much as I possibly can. However now that we have the supercharger kits for these JLs, it has me really thinking about selling both my jeeps for a nice down payment on the JL.
Cause these things are flat out awesome, and with the 50% power gain from the supercharger... Well its basically PERFECT for everything I would want to do... street drive, tow the waverunner, and overland a bit.
Anyways, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Here are some shots of the kit installed on one of our company JL's (and now I don't get to beat on this one, since its a company truck, lol)
Thanks for reading!
Erik Radzins

In other words, you came in here to talk smack about a mod you can’t afford, so you’re going to trash talk instead. No just responding to a ignorant message, and nobody was talking to you troll!!In other words, you came in here to talk smack about a mod you can’t afford, so you’re going to trash talk instead. Beat it, troll.
Did anybody say that someone could not afford it Mr. Troll? Sounds like you are having a very bad day and just looking for some attention, sorry about you day bro do you need a Jeep hug?In other words, you came in here to talk smack about a mod you can’t afford, so you’re going to trash talk instead. That’s the spirit. You got yourself a deal. I’ve seen more broken shafts from lifts that destroy the geometry of the suspension and larger tires than from excessive hp which is fully controlable. The survivor will tow the other one. I’m a nice guy too......I would still tow you out of the woods when you blow your engineor burn up that tranny, break a drive shaft, or what ever else all that " Well Spent Power" will do Just because im a nice guy and with all that money I spent on MODS i may be able to rebuild your engine right there on the trail "Whatttttt" mike drop!!
I’ll ignore that you called my comment ignorant.
