I have a 2021 JLUR. I recently put on 35x12.5x18 tires and Fuel Maverick wheels. The wheels came with their own tire pressure sensors but they never worked with my jeep. I took my jeep to the jeep dealership and had them order stock sensors and to install. They installed and worked on the new sensors for 5 hours and never got them to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

Jeep changed the TPMS sensor type for wranglers around June 2021. I would just make sure that they are using the correct ones to begin with. Then go from there.

6/5 they changed from Schrader 29093 to Continental sensors. Since you did it at Jeep then take it back to them as I assume they put the wrong ones in. Even the dealers did not know this change for quite some time.

Recap - if your 2021 was built BEFORE 6/5/21 you need the Schrader sensors. If AFTER then you need the Conti sensor.

The build date is key here. Honestly, a Jeep is one of the easiest to pair up out of anything that has TPMS. I have to pair them up on a daily basis and it's a pain on many vehicles.

I added pre June 2021 Rubicon takeoffs to our Sahara built in late September of 2021 with continental sensors. Dealer had no clue they made change mid model year. They were able to run the vin and the system told them which sensors needed to be ordered for our model. Sounds like perhaps your dealer did not match vin to part.
