Is anyone using the Tow Car Cover that RV and Off Road makes for flat towing their 392 or other Jeep? I’m comparing the Tow Car Cover to Rock Tamer mud flaps and would like to get some input on what everyone is using to protect their Jeep when flat towing. Any input would be much appreciated!

I avoid covers like the plague when towing. All you need is a few grains of sand under the cover to basically sand blast your paint as the cover buffets. If I tow a car, I just spend the time to take a ton of blue painter's tape and cover the grille, around the windshield, and any other painted parts that are subject to rock chips. There are also some really good protective films that will do great. I use Suntek Ultra on my expensive cars and it's stood up to some very loud pebble hits without a trace of damage.
