Just hoping someone can refresh my memory. I have 2021 JLU Willys. It has a 2" spacer lift. I should be able to run the stock Rubicon size tires 285/70/17 correct?

And 2nd will the 285/70/17 fit on my spare tire carrier?

Thanks

With a 2-inch spacer lift you should be able to fit 285/75R17 without rubbing if you wanted. That’s 34x11.2 inches.

Not sure if a 34-inch tire spare will clear the bumper with the OE carrier. But you can get a Smittybilt spare tire relocation bracket for $100.

Good luck.

Another option if relocation is needed and you want to keep weight down is Teraflex aluminum brackets , maybe a couple lbs instead of 11-14 lb steel ones. ~$150. They come with a tailgate bumper spacer kit so that’s covered, 6 in 3 sizes .

I put on 35” on my stock spare tire carrier. It fits just fine.

I did have to do the “rotate the spare tire” (once) to get rid of the right side vehicle present alarm when backing up that appeared after the upgrade.
