I love the way 37s look but I’m tiny (5’1) lol. I figured since it’s the rubicon already comes higher as is, plus adding the lift kit, 37s would make it sit too high. Our 1500 has a 5 inch lift on it, and while it’s not a huge deal, after 3 years, I’m tired of climbing in and out of it. Hahah plus I have 2 littles 4 and 5, so it would be nice to be high enough to hit the trail with no problems, but not have to be that high climbing into it.The Cooper SST and Nittos get consistently great reviews.
The Toyo MTs wear like steel and are amazingly quiet for such an aggressive tire. We had them on our TJ and a couple of our one-ton trucks. They’re the worst tires I’ve ever had on icy road, but they’re great in/on sandy mud and they‘re not prone to hydroplane through standing water, because the larger channels between lugs evacuate water well.
If you’re not going bigger than 35s, I also like the Duratracs. I‘ve had several sets of those, and they’re good in every environment, though some here have complained that they are prone to sidewall damage on rocky trails.
