Tire wear issue.

I have a '21 Sport Altitude that has a Teraflex 1.5" spacer lift with Rubi 33" takeoffs. I've been running the wheels and tires for 5k miles, and I noticed today both front tires are feathering. I'm still running the original LCAs, but the Jeep drives great.

My question is: would this just be an alignment issue to fix?

Pics would help, but excessive toe and/or caster are the typical causes. Considering that Wranglers are definitely not known to have excessive caster, I’m gonna guess your toe setting is out of whack for some reason.

First step is go somewhere for an alignment spec sheet. A lot of places will do a free "alignment check" where they'll rack it and give you a sheet with your numbers. Once you have that sheet, you can post back here and you'll get some more thoughtful responses.
