Tire pressure and front bumper

I just had a lift and Toyo 35x12.5x22 tires put on 24 jeep 4 door Sahara. I have never drove a lifted jeep so hard to compare it. However, when I hit uneven pavement or hole steering is loose or lags. I do have a steering stabilizer set on firm. What tire pressure should I be at for daily driving? Also I read somewhere a heavier bumper might help. I have the stock bumper. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I don't have those issues on my lifted 2024 Sahara with 35x12.5R17 tires, stock bumper, and Fox ATS steering stabilizer. I am not sure your tire pressure is the issue.
