I’ve seen comments that the Rubicon X ships default with 17x8.5” mopar beadlock capable rims and 315/70/17 tires (ie 35”).

Yet I’m seeing notes that the tires it comes with are 285/70/17 or 33”. Which is it? Are the rims the mopar beadlocks?

My 2024 Rubicon X came with 33" tires, labelled "LT285/70R17".

To be fair, there's a _lot_ of open space under the fenders so you could put a larger tire in there no problem.

4XE version of the Rubicon X comes with “33’s” while all other powertrains come with “35’s”.

Thanks, do you know if the rims are the 17x8.5” bead lock capable?

I don’t believe so. They should be 17x7.5 non beedlock capable.

Are there any markings that would answer that? I'd be happy to look for them.

35s and beadlocks were standard in April when we ordered ours on all gas models, I have been seeming some show up on lots lately with 33s and regular wheels. They might be saving the parts for the 35 tire package for the start of the 25 model year. Your dealer should be able to find out for you

Thanks. There’s a chance Hulk is being retired and I’ve got a line on a Bikini on a lot. I was hoping they had the wrong info. Going to have to go have a look at it.
