Tinting Half Door Uppers?

Anyone have half doors that's done it? I asked a tint shop, and they told me the 3M stuff they sell only sticks to glass. I figure there has to be some way out there to do it?

Normally I wouldn't care because my uppers would be off anyways if it's sunny out, but on road trips to the beach for 3+ hours I'm a wimp and don't want to run with them off up and down 95. Pic for attention ?

I've used Insta-Cling type tint before on soft top windows and it does stick to the plastic.
