Hello,
I just sorted out and purchased a bracket to use my Thule Spare Me Pro with my 2020 JL.
First I used the PDF of of this post from thejoyceisyours
https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...-bike-rack-relocation-bracket-template.35071/
I took that PDF and messed around in FreeCAD adding the holes for the bolts to mount the Thule bracket and then created a 3D drawing. I uploaded the drawing to a metal fabrication site. I used sendcutsend.com. Bracket was about $85. 1/4 steel powder coated matte black.
I cut my Thule ,bracket like shown in the original post, little paint and it worked.
Bought $30 of black nuts and bolts off of Amazon.
My point is I'm not a metal guy or a CAD guy but it was way easier and cheaper than I thought it would be.
DO AT YOUR OWN RISK NOT AN ENGINEER EITHER
Also my holes were slightly off but my bolts were 8mm and holes were 1/2" so it worked.
Ill attach my PDF (couldn't figure how to get the 3d file to attach) but please remember to test if it will work with your Jeep. Maybe there is a person who is not a CAD hack and knows what they are doing.
Hope this helps somebody.
