Teraflex 1909200 spare tire relocation bracket

Good morning, has anyone installed the Teraflex relocation bracket with the Mopar 82215356AB Tailgate Reinforcement Kit? My jeep already has the Mopar tailgate reinforcement kit installed and the teraflex relocation bracket is much cheaper than the Mopar equivalent.

It looks like Teraflex reuses the existing carrier; Mopar gives you an entirely new one.

Smittybilt also reuses the existing carrier and costs even less. That’s the one I have; it works.

I think that picture on the Quadratec website is misleading. Both use a simple set of brackets to move the OEM tire carrier up and out.

For nearly the same price you can get a tire carrier designed specifically to handle the size and weight of an oversized tire that is adjustable to allow for different wheels and allows you to move the tire closer to the tailgate and bumper vs just some brackets to move the current tire carrier? That's a no brainer between those two options.

Hi, I don't see an answer to your question. Can you can you use the mopar reinforcement bracket with Terraflex bracket. I don't need the top gold standard bracket.
