I have been riding on E rated 35" Cooper STT Pros for the past 23K miles. These suit my off road needs. I have not noticed sacrificing any on road ride comfort . . . But then again, I did not purchase a Jeep for a plush ride.

I’ve got about 10k miles on my E rates 315 KO2s. They feel fine to me, but everyone has different tolerances. The good news is if I go to C rated 37” KO2s, it’s only like two pounds a tire of weight. :like:

E rated, at least in BFGs, has two extra plys so the sidewall is thicker, hence the heavier load capability.
ALL MT tires have 3 ply sidewalls min.

Yes BFG has a 3 ply AT tire while some others have 2 ply.
