Submitted my order for a 4xe Sahara back at the end of July. Finished the paperwork after it showed up at the dealer on 9-29, and was told yesterday morning that she was loaded on a truck and headed my way for final delivery (probably will see her later today - 10-2).
I've seen some older checklists for delivery off the truck, but wanted to ask the question again here for those of you that have already taken a 2023 home (or if the 2022's are not much different).
Is there a pre-set checklist to follow for final delivery?
Also - for those of you that had a truck deliver it to your home, do you make the driver wait until you go through everything before paying the freight cost in full, or is it a drop and go situation where you then would contact the dealer if you found something out of place or missing on your Jeep.
Would love the input when possible. Can't wait to see if the truck shows up today - and if it does, I'll be doing backflips in the driveway!
