Short time member, first time poster... I figured I'd use the Sport S thread to post in...

Traded the wife's 2013 JK Sport 2 door for a JL 4 door 2 weeks ago... today I added the RC spacer lift and 35's on 20x10 Fuel Hardlines...

Anyway, Hi!

Are 35’s the highest one should go on the sport? I’ve seen people post pictures of their sport on 37’s while rock crawling on a 2.5 spacer lift, I rather go with 37’s than 35’s. Though I don’t plan on doing a lot a rock crawling you never know. I will be doing trails and going camping though plus 37’s look great!

Read somewhere on here that with the stock axles 35s is the biggest none Rubicon’s should go. So unless you want to upgrades axles I’d stick to 35s.

Yea I’ve pretty much read the same thing but then others are saying the JL axles are stronger than the JK.....hmmm this makes the rubicon the more likely choice if your dead set on 37’s......which I am 75% set on it. Guess in some ways a basic Rubicon is still better than a well equipped Sport S

I would say so. I think the premium of the Rubicon is well worth the price.

Looking to add 35's with this wheel and tire combo. I see black rims all the time on Granite Jeeps...thought I'd go with something different.
Agree with you completly... Also have a Granite Crystal coming soon and I already have my Grid GDO6's in. I got the tinted/bronze color. I ordered a 20x10 through bbwheelsonline.com where I customized my offset.

This is also for reference for those looking at aftermarket wheels and can't find the offset for the Sahara standard wheel. I couldn't find it anywhere on the forum, another member PMed it to me
18x7.5 with +44 offset on a 255/70/18

my 35's aren't light at all... my combo is just under 110 lbs per tire and wheel...

Not sure that it's +44 offset. It's a bit exaggerated, my 255/70/18 Sahara tires protrusion on those same rims are even with the fenders...not sticking out that far.
