Just a plug for Teraflex customer support. I bought their 3.6L Crankcase Vent System to prevent oil from dumping into the intake through the PCV system in steep obstacle manuevers. There was a problem with one of the parts and I contacted them. They responded promptly the next business day and we had a resolution being shipped out to me right away. Good company. I have one of their tire carriers for my JL as well. No problens with it.

I was impressed with them when I put the Teraflex lift on my 2012. I had already asked many of the questions of the local four wheel drive shop that was doing the Teraflex install for me. And the answers coming back from Teraflex matched those of the local shop. I was happy with their products. Buying the Extreme Recon package on my 2022 negated the need for additional modifications to meet my needs; thus I didn't do anything more to my latest Jeep.

Have had good interactions with them as well. Recently found that the axle-side bracket for the steering stabilizer had cracked. I called them to see if I could order a new one since I did not see the part by itself on their website. The guy I talked to told me he'd send one out no charge and just needed my address. They shipped it out that day and I had it in hand a couple days later.

Little over a year ago when I bought 5 Nomad wheels, I had one where the plug bound up halfway through the install so I could take the wheels to get mounted. Couldn’t tighten it further nor loosen it. I chatted Teraflex seeking advice on the best way to handle this and after trying what they said, they just sent me a new wheel to replace it. Received it within 2 days. They’ve also answered questions on my control arms and Falcon shocks. I’m extremely pleased with their customer service.
