Plastic wheel well clips

Hi,
Are those push in wheel well clips easy to pop out and reuse? If not could I get them at Ace hardware, etc? I want to get some Eastwood undercoating in the rocker area and seal off the end by the back tire. Some of the rocker is covered by the rear wheel well.

Very easy but I would replace them as cheap as they are and available every where, auto stores, Ace etc
