Plastic clips on rear window

I just picked up a '25 JLUR from Hertz. The passenger rear window has 3 gray plastic clips along the outside edge. Does anyone know what these are and whether I can remove them?

They hold the glass in position while the urethane cures, I would assume that process has completed.

Nice. when i brought home my new Jeep 5 years ago there were 4 of these in the tray underneath the cargo area and I couldn't figure out what the were. Now I know.
