this is an interesting video for this thread:

What’s with the bear? Odd bit of schtick...

I only got through 7 minutes, but sounds like the bear is a big fan.

Yeah, i think the bear is stupid, but it sounds like they're pretty solid tools at a good price. I don't own any but when I need something else, I may look into Tekton for it.

For what it's worth I have Tekton's 3/8 torque wrench that I purchased in 2017. Two weekends ago a few of the teeth snapped off and couldn't tighten. I went to tekton.com, submitted a request for a replacement, and had it in four business day. I didn't even pay shipping.

I have a few Tekton impact sockets and have been very happy with them. I grabbed them from Amazon, but will check out YT for links.

I already purchased this set a while back and I can recommend it. It’s extremely handy to have just about every small driver bit you might ever need (including Torx Snd security bits) all in one small case. The ratcheting driver is not world class but it’s above average. It has a good feel in your hand and isn’t flimsy, the ratcheting action is something. The bits themselves are good quality. Not like some of the HF ones that break easily or the small hex bits that twist if you apply even moderate torque. For me $32 is a good price for what all is included.

I have a lot of Tekton tools and have had great experiences with all of them. I’m only a do it yourself guy and if I were a real mechanic I don’t know if I’d feel the same after daily abuse but can say after a few years of having sockets and wrenches from them I’ve had no issues. I like Capri tools also since they do a similar warranty and discounts for LE and Military and point system to get money off too.

I have a few Tekton large wrenches & a torque wrench. All have served me well thus far and I plan on grabbing the 3/8ths ratchet complete set (74 piece) to replace my tired Craftsman set.

They are on a promotion benge. Those guys are getting them either free or they get a kickback when people buy them from the link. Not saying they aren't great tools. I'm going to buy some myself. Just saying the trend is obvious that this company is aiming their marketing strategy in that direction. Of course, when I do buy them, if those guys have a link, I'll use it and help them out. I like their channels!
Honestly, it's probably a more effective marketing technique than TV, and much less expensive.
