A Tazer JL Lite, can be activated to a full Tazer JL Mini, with all it's features by purchasing and applying a $125 activation key that you purchase directly from ZAutomotive's website.

A Tazer JL, Lite or Mini, can be used with any and all JL and JT's 2018 and newer.

I can't vouch for this seller, but $140 shipped for this for this unmarried, Tazer JL Lite is an aok price.

I went this exact route. I purchased a used Tazer JL Mini Lite then paid the $125 to upgrade. Not a bad deal at all and works great.
