That M2 is antiquated.. At least add the quick change barrel to it, or even better a CROWS, or even better than that a M134!

My M2 was not antiquated and I could knock the wings off a fly at 1000m. Oh, and it was a real tank.
We weren’t very aerodynamic and we didn’t worry about pinstripping.

Nice!

A few things I hated about the M2:

1. Lugging it up and down from the vehicle
2. Setting headspace and timing
3. Keeping those tripod's with the weapon and lugging those suckers around when you never use them
4. Finding a way to mark the barrels so they stay with the right weapon
5. The old asbestos glove

First, I've been driving jeeps since 1969. Also, my combat service was with 1/9 Marines in 1968.

As much as I like jeeps, I find people who rig out their rides like this laughable and stupid. This is wannabe cosplay carried to the extreme. It demonstrates a massive lack of comprehension. Armed service isnt about dressing up to look badass and playing with guns.

People who build like this should have grown out of it long before they were old enough to get a drivers license.

Other than that, I have no opinion.

5. The old asbestos glove
1. Lugging it from the armory to the motor pool.
2. I was a Master Gunner. I ate, slept and breathed headspace and timing.
3. Tanker = tripod for what? Lol
4. Our barrels and weapons were marked with the vehicle bumper numbers.
5. As for the asbestos gloves…They made good pillows.

Sorry for derailing this thread. I saw the word tank and got excited.

I think it would be worth a second look if you didn't have the fake weapons on it. Maybe that 5th tire just broke the bank and found a buddies Rhino wheel to throw on. Plus is has some commie weapons on top.

I don't know...
The way folks are driving around here & all the car jacking, that M134 on top & on the front fender might be helpful.

But, I thought this was about the Wrangler color Tank & thought it might be coming in 2022. Boy was I wrong.

Couldn't help but laugh at the "commie weapons on top" comment, I was just thinking the 1 on the left looked Russian & 1 on the right looked NVA.

Oh well, interesting to see what some folks do to their rides.
:surprised:
