Sunlight reflection off the hood

Since buying the JLUR, I've had a few instances of blinding sunlight off the hood. Anyone else experience this? Considering a spray-on removable flat coating or some kind of decal...

I have not had this experience but I DO like the look of a center hood blackout. Unfortunately no one had made one for the Rubi yet (which I find vrey strange).

I was wondering if someone could wrap the center of the hood in a flat black? There is kind of a “hump” in the center that goes around the induction vents. I don’t want to do the complete hood tho, just that raised area.

I have seen a few done. One was painted (kevlar) but that's way to permanent and expensive for me. I have seen a couple of others do e from modifying the one made for the Sahara/sport hood. I think another one or two were from people saying they got theirs custom from a vinyl shop.

Get it dirty and that should take care of the issue...

i have 2018 JL white 4dr (manufactured 1-3-18), have same BLINDING hood glare in winter, need help to correct

Not my Jeep. Go to YouTube and look for Ben Anton. He has a channel there and a video on this decal. Just remembered seeing it a while back.
