Jeep called today and his exact words were my transmission is toast. They are covering a brand new one but they can’t get it until March 5th. Transmissions are on backorder from Chrysler so there has to be a lot more of these happening imo since they’re on backorder.

They are on backprder because factory demand comes first - doesn’t necessarily indicate there are a bunch of these issues in the field.

If that's really the case, it shows you that the company only cares about making the sale, after that you are not a priority.

No different than any other OEM new launch - unfortunately. Look at all the other warranty issues and replacement part lead times.
