I was working on my tail light, installing a flat tow/trailer harness and on of the small wire (white/purple) came out. It looks like it had been messed with before because it is way shorter then the other. Does anyone know where i can get another connector? it is a Molex 33482-6201. The one i see on their site is just the connector without pins or wires to splice.

Or do you know how to repair it???

Thank you

I believe those are pinch connectors where the wire goes, I had a issue with mine on the rear passenger and trying some LED tails and when I went back to stock the running lamp did not work and after looking at the connector the wire appears to be pushed into the hole that matches up to the pin inside and when you push the wire in I believe there is like a connector that bites onto the wire ( kinda like a back wired wall receptacle ) but not 100% sure but in my case I’m guessing when I pulled it apart I loosened the wire so I just checked each one by straightening each wire out and pushing it into the hole and it worked when I was done and several were loose.

It's exactly what happened, but i can't get it back in connect again. I think the wire broke in there.

Not sure how that harness connects on the other end as it disappears into a hole that has some type of grommet, I’m hoping it’s an easy fix.

Also I noticed when I had issues with mine that the connector looked liked it came apart where I marked it and I started to try to get it apart but took the approach of checking the wires going into it from the outside first by pushing them into the base as I was turning, you may be able to get these two sections apart to see how the wires are terminated inside.

@Sage59

A connector is no more then an adjunct... Use a piece of wire to jumper that particular separated wire until you can find a connector.. if you ever do find one...

Without seeing I'm not sure if that wire could be repinned /remedied.
