LED fog light not working

2018 JLU w factory LED. Wife's vehicle and recently replaced the main battery and disconnected the ESS battery via F42 pull and neg cable removal as well as hood pin removal. Not related I am sure, but noticed the fog lights were not functioning. Is it possible that these have both burned out over time? Wouldn't be surprised if they were left on at all time.
The green fog light "on/off" illuminates on the dash.
Is there a process or checklist ? I'm assuming the 2 fuses in the under hood panel, but anywhere else to look/check/verify before i test for 12.5v at the bulb behind the inner shield?

Bumping this to the top as I now have replaced both fuses 26 and 29 and still nothing. New Lights installed as well.
Is there a 3rd fuse or location to be looking for?
The green light does illuminate when the center headlamp button is depressed and will function on/off when the high beams come on. It's as if there is another fuse I am missing..

Hey friend, have you found a fix? It sounds like you might be having the same issue as me. I have a 2018 JL Rubicon that did not have factory LEDs, but I had the codes changed by my friend at the Dealership to make them work . Both of mine stopped working just about a year ago now, and I can't seem to figure out why.

I checked the fuses, they were fine. I checked for voltage at the fog lights, and both are showing 12V. I even snagged a new set online, and plugged them in, and they don't work... Could all be a coincidence, but I'm stumped.
