Now it's about which is worse for the ocean when the boat sinks??? They both suck when bad shit happens. Maybe focus on why the boat sinks and work to fix that.

I only have one good old gas can left. The new ones are a PITA.
My next mower will be a robot...they've come a long way.

You're evading the specific topic I was talking about!
How many ships does society have to lose because of the inadequate fire suppression systems aboard the ships carrying cargo that when ignited, fuels its own fire??
These are undisputed facts regarding the transport of these things!
If you can, dddress them, just don't comment on my post with gibberish.
Exxon Valdez off the top of my head. 😒

Both you, and @NWJeepr should watch this.
You just might learn a thing or two.

I don't doubt that it happened at all. My comment flew over your head and I'm ok with that. I am fully supportive of peaceful protest for whatever the cause, it is a constitutionally protected right in the US. It sounds like France has similar laws.

Protest is another thing a lot of people here agree with when it supports their cause, but not when it doesn't.

Gibberish!

Yes, a container ship full of EV's burned. I'm sure it was a devastating loss ecologically and financially. No, it doesn't really support the argument for or against EV's either way.

Now it's about which is worse for the ocean when the boat sinks??? They both suck when bad shit happens. Maybe focus on why the boat sinks and work to fix that.
Entirely too reasonable of a position to take.

The real issue is why can't we have both ICE and EV? Just like everything

The only reason we argue about it is because government is trying to force it on us. Which is what we should all be fighting against.
Precisely- as I also have stated in slightly different words.

I did buy a new lawn tractor for our 1.5 acre place in the foothills last year to replace the ~ 30 YO one that was a bigger, better, more powerful Kohler engine one. No choice, only one gas one is CARB approved. …. I regret not spending the money to refurbish the old one.

Speaking truth and combating weak arguments and bad information tends to have that effect. I'm OK with that. Is there an award?!

We have mountain lions and coyotes, oh yeah - and rattlesnakes. The FIL got bit reaching for a faucet, the small local hospital in snake county had one dose of antivenin. He got his only helicopter ride to Fresno. I sure am glad I didn’t get bit shortly after he did.

The fact that you own a 4xE is comedic genius I could only hope to achieve.
As I've said the 4xe works very well for me, I have access to unlimited free to cheap charging because of where I live, 2 miles in any direction there are no chargers that would be worth my while, that's if there are any.

Because of free charging I am saving over $3,000 a year in gas, using free charging.

And because I live in multi dwelling, I'm very aware of the reality of public charging, unlike people that just make up 💩.
