Stellantis keeps calling, Saying theres an Open Case

So as the title says Stelantis has called me 4 times today. I answer and they say theres an Open Case on my 2024 Rubicon 4xe. Tw8ce they hung up on me, Third time they said there was an Open Case number on my Jeep from May of last year. But failed to say anything other then" I don't know what it is, I cant Open the case." Check your email for specifics. 2 hours later no Email and another call from them only to be hung up on.

Anyone else having this issue?

This would require Stellantis to not only be proactive but have customer service as a priority. You sure it was really them?

Definitely fishy. That number can be spoofed.
Whatever you do don't give them any personal information and don't stay on the line for more than 30 seconds. If you tell them to email you don't give them your email address. If they're legit they will have it already.

I have had a dealership call me about an open recall, but I find it hard to believe corporate gives a damn. From what I have seen on the Forum Jeep has a habit of closing cases without them ever being solved. If you have never opened a case and you are the original owner, do not continue any contact with them...

It's a scam... But cold-calling someone about an "open case on a Jeep" is pretty funny. If you think about it, that's a high percentage play. How many Jeep owners actually don't have an open case with Stellantis?

If you're even remotely concerned, use a search engine to get a real number for Stelantis customer service (if there is any such thing) and call Them.

Recalls are done with letters, not phone calls. I think your registration information is being used to spoof you into giving up more profitable information and your intuition is spot on.

If you remotely think there’s a possibility of a distant royal Uncle from Nigeria who works for Stellantis trying to get you a free engine via an open case, call your dealer and ask them to look it up. I’m pretty sure they’ll find nothing but hey, I found out I am entitled to a huge settlement in Ireland that I can access if I pay my portion of the lawyer fees……(sigh)
