If you're even remotely concerned, use a search engine to get a real number for Stelantis customer service (if there is any such thing) and call Them.
Don't even do a search, go directly to jeep.com

It's trivial to buy search result ads that look legit on Google

Definitely fishy. That number can be spoofed.
Whatever you do don't give them any personal information and don't stay on the line for more than 30 seconds. If you tell them to email you don't give them your email address. If they're legit they will have it already.
Curious, why the call duration of 30 secs ?

There used to be a phone scam from offshore that they would get you on the line and find a way to keep you on and charge the call to your service. I don’t remember all the details but I’ve kept that policy since those days.

I remember that one now. I just do not answer the phone, if it is important they will leave a message lol.

That’s what I do too. I don’t waste my time with them.

Radio/telecom. Retired.
My '19 Ram has at least two outstanding recalls.
One - the windshield wiper nuts can come loose. Fixed that one myself in about ten minutes.
Two - the floormat supposedly interferes with the gas pedal. Since I am not a tall person, my pedals are not all the way against the firewall, so this is not an issue.

They have been sending me letters for several years. I have never received a call or an email.
