Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issue and I don't think it's the tires bit I don't know what else it could be.

Nope. I had my gearbox replaced but haven’t had a chance to take it on highway. I replaced drag link and tie rod. I’ll let you know know shortly if the new box fixed it

Nope. I had my gearbox replaced but haven’t had a chance to take it on highway. I replaced drag link and tie rod. I’ll let you know know shortly if the new box fixed it
Did the steering shimmy go away with the new gearbox? I'm thinking about doing the same as I don't think it's the tires or alignment.

Yes. Although I changed the track bar and tie rod and drag link at the same time. So not sure what did it. I think it was box

Yeah I have all those upgrades except the box so I'm thinking that's the culprit. Just not looking forward to the dealer doing work on the Jeep.
