Steering turn left in parking

I bought a car with salvage title, and I have fix it. The steering box had the pitman bended and has been replaced. After the system has been installed and charged, the steering wheel in parking, turns to right and makes a noise.

I have checked the pipes and they seems to be correctly connected.

I have checked the hoses from the steering box for bleeding and they receive oil.
