So I ordered the fox ats steering stabilizer from Amazon.

item comes in and i open it and it looks like it was returned previously, not installed but not brand new either. Not a big deal wasn’t willing to wait a week to install if it functioned perfectly.

I remove my stabilizer while the Jeep is on the ground, not an easy task getting to those super tight bolts.

turns out the bracket holes don’t line up impossible to get more than one bolt to align and thread. Wtf! Also the adjustment screw is squishy with no definitive clicks. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed and couldn’t install. Returned to Amazon today and ordered the falcon steering stabilizer.

I didn’t reinstall the factory SS but the Jeep doesn’t seem too much different without one at all. I’m a bit soured by fox if this is indeed the quality as I was planning on replacing the fox shocks from the 2” mopar lift with fox 2.5 shocks and might not anymore.

Why'd you replace, or try to replace, the stock one? What's the issue you were having, or trying to solve?

Sounds like someone returned a defective fox stabilizer and you were the lucky winner to get it sent to you. Typical of Amazon sellers
