Just installed the AEV steering stabilizer and relocation bracket but I'm having an issue with the stabilizer and tie rod rubbing at 3/4 turn to the passenger side on the passenger side of the stabilizer. I have tried adding washers under the steering stabilizer on the tie rod end, shifting the tie rod mount left and right, and twisting it to change the angle of the stabilizer. I have reached out to AEV however I imagine I will not get a responce till Monday looking for some help before going to work on Monday. Some of the pictures below are with my wheel turned as far passenger as possible, others are with the wheels straight. It's a similar style to the Synergy relocation bracket not sure if anyone has experienced this with that kit.

I’m not sure what AEV will tell you to do, but I’ve had good results using this bracket on guys rigs…….

That’s why dig this forum…I can see myself getting all wrapped around the axle and not thinking of a simple fix like this and making a post asking for help.

You could have gotten a bunch a reply’s of people being jerks…but instead you got this answer…short, sweet, to the point….and it’ll probably work. Good stuff!

Perfect thank you, I'm assuming you haven't noticed any thing weird doing that. This is going to sound stupid but I did think of that and I read online that flipping it around can mess with characteristics of steering due to valving. That didn't make much sense to me however others know far more then I do.
I'll try it later today thank you!

The stock steering stabilizer will not work right if it's upside down (top to bottom) because of valving, the cylinder has a side that must be up. You probably read something about that.

You're flipping it left to right which could wind up in any orientation top to bottom, plus that aftermarket damper can probably run in any orientation.

So I tried flipping it around however I’m still getting rubbing I’ve tried putting a bolt between the SS and tie rod mount which helped a little. I’m noticing that when I try to mount it at full lock, I am bending the tie rod a little… I’m guessing that meant the tie rod is bent a little or the track bar bracket is angled down?

No I haven’t I kind of thought of that but couldn’t figure out how to do it. I might be over thinking it at this point
I might have misunderstood if you mean the clamp for the SS then yes. I wasn’t sure if you meant rotate the tie rod.

Correct, rotate the clamp that mounts the SS to the tierod.

I used a big crescent wrench to tighten it down. That was the one bolt I didn’t torque spec.
