while I did not really need it I was lured and seduced by its beauty...:) these are pure beef 24.2lbs compared to oem's 8.8lbs. super easy install and easy to center your axle while it is installed..Northridge4x4 has them on sale and even gives the forum discount on top of the sale price...
I have been a Steer Smarts fan boy since 2015 I was one of their first beta testers of their front end parts on my 2014 JK and nothing but impressed with them.

I bought the same for the same reason. I took them to a local (Riverside, CA) 4x4 shop and was told that they do not fit and that the Jeep would have to be lifted in order to fit. I have a stock 2018 JL Sport. No suspension mods. I know they fit since the maker confirmed it. Still looking for a shop to install. Just had to comment.

I 2nd installing it yourself. If you're concerned about adjusting it. When you remove the factory TB just match up the new one to it. It's not a difficult job.

You can do it. šŸ‘

They are "YETI XD JL/JT PRO-SERIES FRONT ADJUSTABLE"

I thought it has to be installed and adjusted with weight on wheels. I don't have a lift that is "weight on wheels." If I measure correctly then I can install with a frame lift? Can I install then 'settle the vehicle' before final tightening? Thanks.

you just leave your jeep on the ground no lift needed....measure your distance between your stock trackbar bolts and set the yeti to that distance remove your stock one put your new one in....you can make slight adjustments to dial it in to center your axle while it is on the ground...super easy....even for a beat up old drunk like me.

Is it the XD Pro with the poly bushings?
the pro has the poly bushings..I went with rubber after a conversation with Steersmart. they said the rubber bushings actually gave a better road ride and even tho I offroad a lot, I ultimately spend more time on the road...I will never wear the rubber ones out...

you install the frame side bolt first and if for whatever reason your axle side hole does not line up just have some one push on the end of your bumper and it will shift over and line up...it is about as easy as it gets...if you can rotate your tires without cutting your thumb off you can install a track bar.

I’d come across a video where after a year the rubber wore out. I normally get all rubber bushings myself but checked my email to see what I ordered 4 years ago. I still haven’t installed it lol. I’m rebuilding the front end soon though. Anyway, I have the poly and was kinda relieved. That guys was acting like there was basically no bushing it was so soft, even making noise. Steersmarts recommended the poly bushing kit for his needs. I’d never seen even a rubber act that soft, bulging out considerably.

I never had that issue on my YETI stuff on my JK's and I actually beat those. I don't see it as an issue. If they don't make the warranty period (1 year) I will swap for the poly and if they last longer than the warranty when the time comes. I will just buy poly replacement bushings as they are interchangeable.

Yeah that’s what he did.

I’ve run poly on street machines but would prefer rubber for low maintenance, low noise , & comfort for what I’m willing to put up with on the Jeep
