Went in for my 3yr/30k mi service which was supposed to be just an oil change and tire rotation. Wouldn't have gone to the dealer for this but wanted one thing checked under warranty that they did indeed fix under warranty.

Dealer came back with all of this from their "multipoint inspection". Seems a bit high and a bit much, no? Denied it all for the time being, but also just realized they wanted to charge me individual diff services on both front and back for $225 a piece plus the transfer case? Is the diff service not all one service? All of this seems crazy high to me.

So, most are going to be earlier than necessary or fluff. Looks like they us lump sum pricing for all these add-on services, they'd likely be less with the standard hourly.

Here's the maintenance schedule. "Fuel Injection Service" isn't on it. Brake fluid isn't on it, and it's a little extreme for 30k anyway unless it's been contaminated. TCase fluid is on the 6 yr/60k line for heavy use. Diffs are 4 year 40k for heavy use.

Brake fluid isn't on it
Typically one would want to flush brake fluid once every 4 years. Of course this varies as a per use case. But, since brake fluid is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture/water over time, it is wise to flush and replace periodically.

I do have the brake fluid flushed in our vehicles every 3-4 years. The fluid is hygroscopic, as mentioned. The color change over time from a very pale yellow to medium yellow (or dark yellow, if you let it go too long) is a plain indicator that preventative maintenance is due. "Brake fluid service" is indeed a legitimate offering, despite the name not sounding immediately trustworthy.

Our Honda dealer uses special equipment to perform the service. The peace of mind is worth it to me. The $130.00 quote evident in the OP's post is reasonable, too.

My Jeep dealer uses special equipment as well. And very much agreed that the $130 price seems reasonable, although a bit low. I just had my brake fluid flushed at my 4 year mark and paid $360 for the service and new brake fluid.

If anyone feels like doing this at home, I use a Motive brand pressure bleeder. IIRC the kit with the proper adapter is under $100. You can add other adapters if you have different brands at home.

Way easier than pump bleeding, especially for a flush.

Other than replacing the air filter those are all unnecessary at your mileage and age and are inflated. The only one that might be reasonable as others have said is the brake fluid service but only if that means bleeding and flushing. With a dealer I would not be surprised if that just meant checking the fluid level and topping up if needed and bleeding them.

They tried to hit you with the good ol' wallet flush.

I personally only recommend maintenance based off the maintenance schedule. At 30k I'd of recommended an engine air filter, nothing else.

Some of Stellantis' vehicles require a brake flush every 2 years or 20k miles, but that seems to be limited to our fiat vehicles like the Renagade. Some technicians have begun recommending it on everything. I don't think it's even remotely necessary to do that often. ?‍♂
