Yeah they are talking about the vacuum that gets pulled to assists the brakes, essentially it's where "power brakes" came from. the old school cars had non power brakes and you really need to press on them. Why am I talking about the brakes? Because another poster said that he heard the noise come from over at the brake booster and the brake booster needs a vacuum hence that's where this is going.
Anyway, if I were a gambling man I'd bet you will still get the squeal eventually, please keep us posted to see how it goes.

yes they want me to start it up with them listening to make sure it still doesn't produce noise but i will watch it close and if it does who knows may just live with it or try to have it taken back under lemon law. i really do love this jeep (1st one)

Whoa settle down there big fella :)
Don't be surprised if it doesn't make the noise while you are there but to give it the best chance of doing so make sure you press on the brake pedal decently, also do it cold and then take it for a 15 min drive and do it hot and do it a few times.
Lemon Law? Good luck with that. Every state is different but usually the dealer gets like 5 tries to fix it and then who knows what especially if they show it's par for the course with all Wranglers. Get ready for a fight if you take this route and be prepared to lose.
All I do is press the pedal lightly when I start it and voila... no noise.
We all live with it because it really is inherent to the design. Good luck

Guys picked up jeep it was cold sat for at least 6 hours and start had a chirp, killed it and used remote start not a sound. Spoke with jeep they seem to know nothing of this issue but are calling shop today to see what they are thinking on this issue and if needed will send corporate techs in to help. Makes me feel like they at least care :) but i am back in Kryptonite feels good!!!! i missed that jeep

You have much to learn Paddawan. The remote start supports the fact that it is the brake booster causing the problem. It chirped because he had his foot on the brake when he started. It didn't chirp because the remote start doesn't require brake pedal being pressed. Fight the good fight if you want but I can almost guarantee at the end of the day you will have given up your Jeep for days on end for nothing. I already had a dealer look at mine and there is nothing to do. Best of luck :)
Side note... the more they fart around on your Jeep the greater the chance is they will screw something up.
