Solid OEM fenders

Has anyone been able to successfully “split” the one piece fenders for more clearance? Any pics?

YouTube? I know I’ve seen it on there searching for videos on how to separate the rubicon fenders!

Probably best to find some Rubi takeoff fenders. That’s what I did. I haven’t done the fender chop on them yet because it rains too much here in Washington and I don’t have inner fender liners or the quake LED light and bracket. And I haven’t seen how to retain the factory turn signal and bracket after doing the chop.

I’ll do some research on YouTube. Might be best bet to get some rubicon take offs
