Soft top

[Rubicon 2021]

I just bought a 21 2 door Rubicon with a hard top. I used to own a 97 Sahara and do not remember getting bounced around by the wind quite that much. I am wondering if maybe a soft top would make a big difference.

Not really. I have both for my '21 Rubi, and get batted around by 18 wheelers with both. The joy of driving a lightweight high profile vehicle.

We bought a soft top for summer. So far the hardtop has been removed and stored and the soft top has been fitted. I haven't installed the side or rear windows, we have been driving it safari style and prefer the experience to the hard top. I do no think it has reduced the effects of wind as mentioned by others but like I say, it is more fun to drive like this. It was meant to be a convertible.
