My premium Trek Top NX on my 2013 JKU is about 7 years old. Windows are scratched from bushes and scrapes. The fabric itself looks like new. It is exposed 24/7 and that includes Texas summers. We have a 2018 JKUR premium sift top. Not abused like mine and it could pass for new with just a few window scratches. I cannot vouch for the standard type material tops.. Highly recommend the premium fabric from Best Tops or from Mopar. same same.My Jeep is only a 2020. The soft top came separated from its frame. No idea how. Dealer says its on me and it needs to be replaced for $2500.
Its a lease-so no way Im doing it.
Do soft tops really have to be replaced this often?
Edit: The Trek top mentioned is more like Nine years old......time fly's...
