I love my 19 JLU Sport S. 70K milesā¦no problems. (Knock on wood). Iāve read about the complaints. Those arenāt my experience.
Formerly owned two Tacomas and loved them. Prefer my Jeep. But those were great too. Spent some time on the Tacoma World website too. This site and Tacoma...
I went with Quadratec Ultimate All Weather...the ones with the deep tread-looking channels. They work with water and mud. But they are difficult to clean. You have to use a scrub brush because the channels are so deep. But I would definitely buy them again.
I had weathertechs about 10 years...
I have a JLU with a black "fast-back" style soft top from Bestop. And I agree with your comments. I replaced the factory soft top after 3 years. It got flappy and was gaping on the sides. I am very happy with the quality and fit of Bestop. But I wish I had gotten a hard top when I...
I went with the MBRP axle back exhaust. Really like it...no drone, small improved tone, and dual exhausts look cooler. Probably added about a tenth of a percent more horse power too. It's subtle, but I know its there. Best feature was the price...MBNP was about $100 less than the others...
I think I responded to this (or a similar thread) before. But now that i have some miles on my Jeep I thought I would update it.
I test drove both. The 2.0 was peppy...my butt dyno felt like the 2.0 was quicker than the 3.6. But I was concerned about a "new" motor with a turbo. I'm not...
I just dealt with this on my 2019 JLU at 55K miles. I drove through a big storm in New Mexico with high winds. Not sure if it would have worn out anyway? But it was never the same after that storm. The wind just stretched it out so that it never fit right again.
Farmers Insurance covered...
New grips...BFG KO2's. I had Nitto Terra Grapplers, which lasted 52K miles and were excellent tires. I just switched to BFG's for a change of pace. I don't really do any off-roading. I go off pavement sometimes, but no rock crawling. The BFG's were more expensive, but I love the way they...
Iāve got a ā19 Sport S, 3.6L, 6 spd with 48K miles. Did the factory clutch recall very earlyā¦at 5K mikes or so? I had the battery replaced under warrantyā¦about 30K miles, I guess? New wipers a few weeks ago. Iāve kept up with most scheduled maintenanceā¦regular oil changes, etc. My soft top...
2019 JLU Sport S 3.6L 6 sp. Iāve got 45K miles. I did the factory recall on the clutch which was just electrical tape, I think. nut I never had any problem with the transmission. only problem Iāve had was when the ESS quit working. I hated that feature anyway, so I was in no hurry to fix...
I hate minivans. But if you have multiple young kids, a minivan is a life saverā¦tons of cup holders, easy access to child seats, etc. And, youāre so happy to get rid of it when the kids grow up a little, you donāt even mind the crappy resale value.
I think I bought these. If not, mine look just like these. I thought I found mine on Amazon. And I don't recall paying $30 for them either. But they fit and work great.
Jeep JKU/JL Seat Spacers Rear Seat Recline Kit For 07-20+ FREE SHIPPING (Black) | eBay
I didn't do this today. But not too long ago a added those spacers to the back seat to make it rake back an inch or two. I don't think it is visibly noticeable. But when you sit in the back seat now, it is noticeably more comfortable. Took about an hour, cost less than $10 I think...don't...
I installed Overland Outfitters door panel pockets. I didnāt really complain about the nets. But these just look badass. It took me a couple of hoursā¦because Iām a novice and I āmeasure 50 times, cut once.ā But I love them.
5. But āJeep Waveā pre-paid service doesnāt include 5 tire rotation without paying more. I forgot to ask for it. And even if I had remembered, no way was i going to pay more for that. But my OCD kicked in when I realized my spare would be uneven.
Luckily, I got my tires at Discount Tire...
Man!!! I just put a 2 yr old Sports S bumper in the dumpster when I upgraded to a steel fr bumper by Westin. I would have just sent it to you. Probably did you a favor b/c styrofoam coolers from 7-11 are tougher than the one I took off.
40K miles on my Jeep and love it. in 2019, I went with a Sport S 6M 3.6L engine. Picked it over the 2.0. Test drove bothā¦the 2.0 definitely had more pep Off the line. But I wanted manual transmission and didnāt trust the turbo Over the stability of the pentastar. This is my first Wrangler...
Isnāt the stock intake a kind of a CAI already? I saw a video for the S&B hood scoops to replace Rubiās decorative hood scoops. Both look awesomeā¦and are worth it of that basis alone, imo. But is the air on top of the hood any cooler than the air coming in through the grill? And Iād be a...
