100% agree that these should be coming from the factory with as much crap that they filter. Price isn't bad either for a nicely made billet piece like that with plug and play hook ups.

A catch can is a good idea on any car to keep oil out of your intake manifold. Not familiar with that company but i would do some research first. I went through a couple CCs on my TA before i found one with 0 blow by. A lot of them don't work very well.

This is the company I used for my LS1. More expensive but wish I would have used his the first time. He uses a breather to relieve crank case pressure. And I believe there is a one way check valve in the fitting to stop any blow-by. Did not see any mention of that with the brand in the video. He is good about answering questions as well.

That's a lot of oil.

Now I'm curious how much new oil you will be feeding Step Child to keep it within range?
This isn’t all oil. I probably shouldnt have said that. This is blow by mixed with fuel mixed with condensation etc. I haven’t had to add any oil between oil changes

Have you put it to the high angle test to verify it during the smoking issue?

Got mine today. It has s scratch on it that they tried to cover up with black magic maker. Crazy they noticed it and sent it out like that anyways. What's the thought process..? Eh good enough, they'll take it.

It's a part that goes under your hood, it's dark, the part is black, etc, I get that, but I bought a new one and they actually took the time to put magic marker on it. Smh

Something like this makes me question everything about the product.

In contrast, I just got my Evo lift components. They are high quality, blemish free perfection.

What a crock! You sending it back? They should be ashamed of that move.

Wow! I would definitely take it at a discount but not at full price.
