Smoked Tailights reverse lights don't work

I purchased a set of Oracle smoked Taillights for my 2020 JLUR a month ago and loved the look. Unfortunately I just realized the reverse lights don't work. I emailed Oracle last week, but haven't received a reply. Is their customer service usually this slow?
