As a follow up: Smittybilt's part number for the switch is 97510-77. They recommended that I call 4WP as some replacement parts are not on their website. 4WP is where I purchased the winch to begin with. Summit had the part on their site but it was listed as unavailable. I did order the one from Amazon as it actually seems to be a better option.
