Smaller Cab in 2024 vs 2021?

Is it me or is the cab of a 2024 Wrangler smaller than that of a 2021? I previously owned a 2021 Rubicon and recently purchased a 2024 Willys...The driver position seems cramped compared to the Rubicon. Not sure if the seat doesnt lower as deep as my previous one but it feels more cramped. Any opinions are greatly appreciated!

Never sat in a 2024+. They added side curtain airbags; that might've decreased the headroom by a small amount?

There are some differences between the gas and hybrid inside, but it is in the rear seats and hatch.

Could the big screen sticking out be giving the perception of smaller ?

I've got a '22 JLUR and just got a '25 JLR. Driving both Jeeps back to back I can't tell a difference in interior room. The '25 feels just like any other JL I've driven before as far as interior room goes.

The roll bar trim changed on the 24 due to side curtain air bags and changes to the overhead lights. Seats are the same but your head is closer to the roll bar slightly.

Your body feels cramped because you had to bend over for your 2024 interest rate vs your 2021 one.

I actually liked the 21 passenger grab handle a lot more than I do the 2024.

The side curtain airbags very much feel more cramped to me. Everything is just chunkier in general over time...

Coming from a 2006, even though the 2024 is a far larger vehicle, inside the 2024 feels about the same.

My husband says it's a "reverse Tardis".
