I thought I wouldn’t like mine either, but it’s super convenient, never having to store a top, just the back side windows. There’s a YouTube video of 4 guys just walking it off the Jeep without any issues.
Well, a few problems with that. I'm just one person and I don't want to try to rally 3 others when I want the top off. And 2, I think the rear frame with no windows is a horrid look and there's no way I can even stand to look at it. The concept is great, and I totally agree it's handy, but it's ugly AF. I already have a hard top hoist, so that part isn't really a big deal. But it's looking like you can't even get a sun shade on it with the way the windshield frame for the SOT is.
I spend a few months of summer with the doors and top off the entire time.
It'd be silly to spend 85k on a vehicle when one if the primary reasons I want it is to have the top down.

I gotta agree about the look, it seems like this is not the Jeep for you. I’m 65, so the convenience is paramount. I run my Jeep with tube doors most all summer, but doors are pretty easy to swap. For the investment, you should get exactly what you want.

Amusing you spent $85k on a vehicle without doing basic research.
