Sky One-Touch Power-Top Cleaning & Maintenance

I recently purchased a 2026 Wrangler Willys 4D with the Sky One-Touch Power-Top. Any tips, suggestions, advice, etc. on cleaning and maintenance? I came across this video on YouTube and it looked pretty good.

Mine is a city Wrangler with indoor parking, the most dirt it gets is usually road dust and the odd bird .

I don't really wash it, I bought a gallon of 303 fabric protectant from Costco, it also came with 2 32oz bottles with spray nozzle.

when I wash the Wrangler there is over spray I'll wipe it off with a microfiber cloth, early spring I'll give it a good coat of 303, in the summer another coat, late autumn another coat.

Seems to hold up well, still very black.

I also clean out the valleys in the hard top that the roof slide over as they get sand and dirt in them occasionally being kicked up from the tire lugs. Use 303 cleaner and the protectorate once a year. The SOT is a unique and fantastic option for the Jeep. Removing the hardtop and putting on the convertible top is not a fun job even with a power lift. My JKU had that and my JLUR has the Sky One Touch. I also recommend HotHead Headliners for the SOT, and their mesh underlay unless you want direct sun on your face. The headliner cuts down on noise, heat and cold that comes with the SOT option.. Finally, Thule makes a raised roof rack that allows the SOT to clear the rails. Enjoy!

303 is good stuff. have used it for many years on jeep tops, tonneau covers and convertible tops with no ill effects. little extreme in the vid of taping off the top to apply the 303 though. i would say not necessary. just wipe any overspray off the paint as needed. i have never seen the paint hurt by 303. i also use it on the door seals and top seals. far superior to any armorall type product. if you wash your jeep regularly you probably dont need the cleaner. ive never used the cleaner but i do hand wash the jeep regularly and past vehicles i have used 303 on. it is also parked inside when not driving. i also reapply after every washing.
