Good lord broā¦Iām sorry to hear that. The disparity between dealerships is baffling. Getting a loaner here locally (Sarasota and Manatee Counties) is a normal, expected thing at these dealerships. I donāt know if that holds true for the rest of the state, though.A loaner, I dropped mine off for the $1,730 SOT for 1 broken plastic cross bar repair (ins covered - $100 deductible). Shuttle gave me a ride home. When they called for pick up I told him to send shuttle to get me. āShuttle only takes you home now, they donāt pick you up, itās a new policyā . Simply brilliantā¦.. they sent someone to get me when I said I had no other way but it wasnāt shuttle. ā¦. Also, I got a Jeep Card for the 7% cash back on dealer purchases, uhh, another new policy, they now charge 3% to use it. ā¦.
