This was a very simple accessory mounting system that didn't start out simple... I actually tried various mounting techniques and settled on this very simple, and surprisingly secure result.

This uses the OEM screws and location to secure an aluminium T mount rail purchased from Temu under the description in the image.

The 30cm rail will need to be trimmed and 2 screw holes drilled in a precise location and size for the OEM screw. And it only takes a few minutes.

I decided to use 1" balls to mount my accessories, but you can use whatever fits into the 19mm slot.

I spent about $10 on this in the end. Not including the accessories holders. The rail was about $4 and the various balls and T-bolt bits cost about $6.

It’s always cool and interesting to see people create their own solutions vs just going with the mass produced stuff. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. I love seeing the things people come up with here and in general.

My main motivation was two fold. I didn't want to spend tonnes of money on something that should be simple. And there aren't very many options for something simple without being what I consider to be insanely expensive (especially in Canada).
