Side Marker Question from germany with an Recon XTreme

Hello from Germany, since Friday I am the owner of a Recon Xtreme which was imported from the USA to Germany.
It only has the halogen package, but LED headlights have been retrofitted and connected.
Everything works fine.
But I am a bit surprised that the side marker lights in the fender only work as turn signals and do not light up when the lights come on like on the USA Jeep Wrangler.
So they only flash when the front blinker flashes.
Can I change this with JSCAN or was something connected incorrectly during the conversion?

I would suspect the amber side marker lights got "cut out" somewhere along the way. Double check the rest of the "running" lights, all 4 corners, should be illuminated with headlights. Perhaps a fuse is loose or blown.
