Some of y’all may think I’m stupid for asking this, but I just have to know now.
I have factory halogen tail lights. When I unlock my door using my FOB, the side marker blinks with the rest of the lights...on my driver’s side only. The passenger side marker does not blink when I use the key fob.
when my running lights are on, both sides light up as expected. It’s only when the lights blink when I use my key fob that I see the discrepancy. I have an extra set of halogen lights from a previous JL, and it happens with those as well.
so either I have a jeep side wiring glitch, or this is just by design. If one of you guys with halogen lights could check and report back, I’d appreciate it.
this is the light I am referring to.
