How much would it cost you to replace it? Probably more since you won’t get the same good deal you got to start with. Unless you are not 100% happy with it, keep it. If you you think you would be happier with a Rubicon go for it.What to do? I have a JLUSS with a Mopar 2" and 35's. I got an excellent deal when I purchased new and did all the work myself. I'm into my Jeep $40.5k and a dealership offered me $44.5K to buy it from me. Should I take the offer ?

Torero makes a good point here because Jeep prices have been going up. Make sure you add the increased cost of a replacement Jeep into the equation. How much would it cost you to replace it? Great Point I forgot about the sales tax. It is still a 4k profit and yes the work was very easy to do. Still on the fence.^^^
Also to ensure you get the tax savings you’d have to trade that vehicle in at the same dealer for a new vehicle. They can always cut you a check for the Jeep and then you could buy somewhere else, but then you’d owe tax on the full amount of the new vehicle at another dealer. Depending on state and county that could $2500 or more.
MSRP $39,920 paid cash and got 5k off MSRP2” lift and 35 tires isn’t much work to do if you know what you’re doing, so the cost for that labor shouldn’t be much.
This is almost too good to be true...is there a catch? You say you’re into your Jeep for $40.5K. Is that how much you owe or how much you paid plus the lift and tires.
If you don’t mind what we’re the original numbers like MSRP, etc. if the dealership is giving you $44.5K then they must think they can sell it for more.
If there’s no catch and you want a different vehicle or Rubicon then I’d take the deal as long as the deal on the replacement is pretty good. A bad deal on the new car can wipe out the profits you make.
