I am not from the US and have never bought a new vehicle from here, and I'm currently in the market for a 2019 Sahara. I have found one close to where I live. The price is $44,225 (MSRP) and it is listed at $37,080. How much can I negotiate off of it? And what's a good price for it?

The $37,080 is a bogus price to draw customers in and the dealership won't honor it. You definitely will not get it for any less than that price. Based on many years of Jeep buying experience, once you get to the dealership, they will try selling it for over 40k. A very good price would be $40k.

Not saying this will work every time, it probably won’t, but the last two cars I bought (one was two weeks ago) had advertisements like what Carlton describes: attractive prices they later tried to inflate. In both cases I told them I would pay the advertised price and no more. In both cases I drove the car home. I did give in a little on the last one, but not much. You might call ahead and verify that they will actually sell at that price. Good luck.
